Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, and as such we treat each question on an individual basis to the best of our ability.
While we hope you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your purchase you have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a full refund or exchange.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund taxes, duties, fees or the return and shipping fee.
Refunds will also be set at the price you paid and not the price in the currency concerned at the date of refund.
To return or exchange items, contact us at email@example.com with your order number specifying if it is a refund or exchange and we will instruct you accordingly.
Items cannot be returned or exchanged during Black Friday, with 50% off sale or above and during special promotions.
For exchanges or returns of more than five items, Vien S.r.l. reserves the right to accept only after having verified the integrity of the products.
The User will return the products at his own expense and must wait for a reply from the customer service, which will proceed with the refund or replacement of the goods.
Damaged products will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
2. HOW TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of the return of your purchase. Place the item(s) in the original shipping box.
After you have contacted us and given your order number, we will ask you the reason for the return and we will send you a shipping slip.
Place the original or a copy of the receipt that came with your order.
Close the box securely.
Send your parcel preferably using the shipping system indicated by Vien S.r.l. or otherwise one of your preferred methods.
We kindly advise that items on sale for no profit projects cannot be changed or returned.
It is recommended to send the goods within 7 days from the return request and proof of shipment to guarantee that we receive your parcel within 14 days.
We regret that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage in transit.
Once your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
A refund will be issued within 5 working days through the payment method used for the intial transaction, unless other forms of payment are expressly agreed with you; in no case will Vien S.r.l. be liable for the fees due for such refund.

Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully controlled by our packing team. If an item is classified as faulty and was received damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt, we can then offer alternatives such as exchanges or repair.
Purchased items are exchangeable into different sizes and colours.
Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of the returned goods and are based on stock availability.
The shipping costs for exchange products will be borne by the customer.
